I am Joan and this is my first blog. I am a Diction, Intonation, and Enunciation Trainer for one of the leading call centers in the Philippines. I have the passion for teaching. I am inspired by our university’s founder St. John Baptiste de La Salle who is a great educator. Like him I want to teach minds, touch hearts, and transform lives. Although I am already achieving these in the trainings I facilitate, I believe I can teach, touch, and transform more lives through blogging.

Most of the blogs I will be posting will be leaning to Education and Training. I will also be sharing some ideas and insights about the other things I learned and now enjoy doing, such as events planning, cooking, managing and making money, and shopping. Rico, an established contact center professional in the Philippines will also be contributing some reviews and entries.
