Blogging

2008 was a year of growth. Rico turned 31, Mia turned 5, and I turned 27. The three of us gained a considerable amount of weight and have grown 1 size bigger. This was probably because of our excessive eating and lack of exercise.

2008 was a year of maturity. The three of us became more mature as we are now able to communicate more openly. I have finally learned to be more honest and vocal of my thoughts and emotions, while Rico became more receptive, patient, and understanding. Mia became more talkative and assertive of her wants and needs.  (more…)

Link building is important.  Building links with other blogs, meta tagging, and increasing traffic are actually one of the Top 10 factors to getting your site positioned on Google. If you want your weblog to be visible in Google, these are some of the things you have to do. You might ask, ”Why should I do these?”  The reason has everything to do with Google and the method it uses which ranks sites for its search engine. If your site has a high rank, there is a greater chance of your site landing in the first 5 pages of the search results.

A lot of my friends have started building their own weblogs. For more link building - and trafficing action… click the links below to check their weblogs.

Some of you might ask what is a PR1?     *Nose bleed *
PR1 stands for PageRank 1.

PageRank is an algorithm method  that assigns a numeric value weighting to each quality hyperlink of documents with measuring its relative importance within. The algorithm collect all entities with reciprocal link (link in and out from that website) and one-way link (link in from any website). The numeric value assigns to give the pagerank of that page - PR(E).

A pagerank can be from 0-10. For example, a pagerank of 0.5 means there is a 50% chance that a person clicking on link will be directed to the document with the 0.5 PageRank.

If your website has a PR10, it only means that your website is VERY VERY VERY important according to Google’s system. Every webmaster struggles to get the traffic just to get this ranking. Good examples of websites with a PR10 are:
